• Account information: name, email address, and authentication identifiers managed by Clerk when you register or sign in.
• Profile information: display name, avatar, preferred sports, and team affiliations.
• League and team data: league names, rosters, schedules, scores, and standings you create or manage.
• Payment information: billing details and payment method data provided through our integrated payment processors (Stripe and Plaid). We store payment tokens and metadata—not raw card numbers.
• Communications: messages, feedback, and support requests you send to us or through our platform.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, session duration, and interactions within the platform.
• Device information: browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
• Log data: IP addresses, access timestamps, referring URLs, and error logs.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Payment processors: transaction confirmations, payment status, and account linkage data from Stripe and Plaid.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: we share data with third-party vendors who help us operate the platform—including payment processors (Stripe, Plaid), hosting providers, and analytics services. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
• League participants: when you join a league or team, other participants may see your display name, team affiliation, and game statistics. League organizers may access roster and contact information for the leagues they manage.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LeagueKeepers, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

League data such as historical scores, standings, and schedules may be retained in anonymized form for statistical purposes after account deletion.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: required for authentication, security, and core platform functionality.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand how users interact with the platform so we can improve it.
• Preference cookies: remember your settings and display preferences across sessions.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the platform from functioning correctly.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and access controls limiting who can view personal information. Payment credentials are handled by PCI-compliant processors—we never store raw card numbers on our servers.

For youth league management, we recommend that a parent or guardian create and manage the account on behalf of the minor participant.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of LeagueKeepers after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
